Our Client Policy

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian must complete and sign the consent form before treatment and should assist in the room durring treatment.

All new clients are required to complete a health consultation and consent form before their first appointment.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for consultation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, may be charged the full treatment fee and refunds are not available in these circumstances.

Treatments are provided only after assessing that they are safe and appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if there are any medical contraindications.

Please inform us of any changes to your health, medications, pregnancy, injuries, or medical conditions before your appointment.

Professional Boundaries

All treatments are provided for therapeutic and wellbeing purposes in a professional environment.

Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or requests of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of the treatment. Such incidents may be reported to the appropriate authorities where necessary.

Client information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with UK Data Protection requirements.
